As a Creative Project Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction behind every brand we build. Sitting at the crossroads of insight, creativity, and collaboration, you’ll develop brand strategies and campaign concepts that connect meaningfully with the intended audience.
You’ll work closely with our chief officers, clients, and creative teams—ranging from AI Designers to 3D Artists—to translate ideas into actionable plans. Your ability to blend structured thinking, storytelling, and market understanding will guide brands to stand out in a noisy, fast-moving world.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
2 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, or creative campaign development.
Proficiency in using administrative and productivity tools (Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Workspace, etc.).
Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in building brand personalities and crafting strategic positioning across digital channels.
Strong understanding of target audience behavior and marketing funnel dynamics.
Demonstrated skills in communication, negotiation, and public speaking.
Ability to collaborate with creative, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Comfortable working with creative briefs, campaign timelines, and cross-functional coordination.
High adaptability, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities:
Develop brand strategies and campaign concepts that resonate with the intended target audience.
Shape the tone of voice, visual direction (in collaboration with designers), and communication style of the brands handled.
Translate marketing goals into clear creative strategies and project briefs.
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, digital) to ensure strategy alignment and timely execution.
Participate in client discussions, present strategies, and provide strategic reasoning behind campaign directions.
Maintain organized documentation of project plans, brand guidelines, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated on trends in marketing, branding, and audience engagement to bring fresh ideas to every project.
