As an AI Brand Designer, you will play a vital role in redefining how creative work is executed. Sitting at the intersection of creativity and innovation, you’ll use both traditional design tools and AI-driven platforms to generate compelling visual assets that bring brand identities to life.

You will be working closely with our creative and strategy teams to develop brand systems, marketing campaigns, and design executions across digital and offline touchpoints. Your unique ability to combine human creativity with AI-assisted productivity will help brands stand out in today’s fast-moving landscape.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or creative roles involving digital content creation.

  • Hands-on experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and AI design tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway ML, DALL·E, etc.).

  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently and effectively.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with brand strategy, visual identity systems, and campaign development.

  • Understanding of generative AI technology and its creative applications in branding and marketing.

  • Strong visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and the ability to interpret brand narratives into visuals.

  • Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterative design processes.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including brand strategists, copywriters, and motion designers.

  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Create visual brand assets (logos, moodboards, key visuals, social media content, etc.) by combining traditional design tools and AI platforms.

  • Collaborate with brand strategists and creative leads to ensure all visuals align with the brand's identity, message, and tone.

  • Explore and experiment with generative AI tools to improve creative workflows and generate visual references, mockups, and campaign ideas.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative ideation for campaigns, brand concepts, and storytelling approaches.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in design, branding, and AI to continuously elevate the studio's creative capabilities.

  • Provide clear documentation and rationale for design decisions and AI-driven processes to ensure transparency and learning.
