As a Social Media Strategist, you’ll play a key role in crafting content strategies that not only follow trends but set them. Positioned at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and culture, you’ll shape narratives that bring brands closer to their audience in meaningful, memorable ways.
You’ll collaborate with our creative, content, and digital teams—working alongside Copywriters, Designers, and Creative Project Strategists—to craft campaigns that perform across channels. Your blend of strategic thinking, cultural awareness, and storytelling instincts will be essential in building brands that don’t just show up on feeds, but truly connect.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Digital Media, or related fields.
2 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, or digital marketing roles.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and productivity platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.).
Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in developing social media content strategies across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.).
Strong understanding of platform algorithms, engagement metrics, and audience behavior.
Creative mindset with the ability to translate insights into engaging content directions.
Confident in communicating, collaborating, and presenting campaign ideas internally or to clients.
Comfortable working with designers, copywriters, and performance marketing teams.
Ability to adapt quickly to trends and changes in the digital landscape.
Data-driven thinking and basic analytical skills to review performance and optimize strategies.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement platform-specific social media strategies for brands across diverse industries.
Create content plans and calendars that are aligned with brand objectives, audience interests, and cultural relevance.
Analyze trends, competitor activity, and campaign performance to continuously refine strategy.
Collaborate with creative teams to translate ideas into impactful social content (visual, video, and copy).
Monitor and engage with audiences, ensuring brand voice consistency and community growth.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, trending formats, and emerging platforms.
Prepare performance reports and strategic recommendations based on analytics and audience insights.
