5 Tips Effective Branding Using Social Media

Nowadays in globalization era, the usage of social media becomes greatly impacted to the branding strategy and very important for companies or brands’ owners. The ease of existing technology such as the usage of social media for the effective communication with the consumers can enable companies or brands’ owners to introduce their brands more widely.

But then, there are some less effective behaviors which often do by companies or brands’ owners in order to the usage of their social media accounts. To make the usage of social media becomes more effective for communication medium, it takes some tips for the proper branding in social media.

  1. Integrate All Social Media Accounts Only in One Name

    Companies or brands’ owners should give the same name for all of their social media accounts, such as: facebook, twitter, instagram, line, etc. By using the same name for all of the social media accounts, it will ease consumers to remember the brand. Also, it can avoid the different perception about brand in consumers’ perspective.

  2. Content Must Be Informative and Variative

    Companies or brands’ owners should fill their social media account which is not only interesting, but also informative and variative. The content can’t be monotonous about brands’ product. It can be the fresh news that is happening. To make it more variative, we can also accost the consumers by answering their question about our brands’ product.

  3. Create A Catchy Hashtag

    Beside the informative and variative content, create a special and simple hashtag are also an important tips. Its function is to make the consumers becomes easy to find the keyword to get the detail information for the brands’ product.

4. Do Not Too Often Post

Posting the picture or content should not to be too often. Because it can make the consumers precisely cancelled or delete your social media account from their friendship

5. Do Not Used The ‘Fake’ Followers

Beside do not often posting the picture or content, the usage of ‘fake’ followers should not be used by companies or brands’ owners. It is feared will make the communication in social media becomes less or even not effective at all to the promotion processes. Because of the ‘fake’ followers would not give the positive response in our social media account.
